1 LB Muth Jar of North Carolina Wildflower Honey
Beginning the first of March until the end of June, our honeybees work many different varieties of flowers. This is the main flowering season for our plants and trees. Our honeybees will forage 2-3 miles from their hive to collect a mixture of nectars from tulip poplar, blackberry, sourwood, maple, wild blueberries, and hundreds of other flowers. It is the numerous wildflowers which give our Honey its unique and special flavor. This honey is light to dark amber in color, has a wonderful floral aroma and is great as a table honey or in your favorite recipe.
